Is Fear keeping you Stuck?

Lets face it we all like what's comfortable and familiar. Sometimes we're even happy there. More often than not I hear people talk about how unhappy they are or how they wish things were different. Oh well, that's life, I can't change things, what are you going to do. I'm quite intimate with this kind of thinking-been there done that. Deciding to build a network marketing business is a tremendous decision to begin with, then there's what comes next.

We've all felt the excitement of something new, telling everyone about it, feeling like you're on the verge of something great. And then...crash. We lose the excitement, we realize it's not going to be as easy as we thought or have been told. We'll have small successes followed by seemingly crushing failures. Fear starts to set in. What if I never reach my goals? What if no one sees the opportunity that I see? What if no one understands? What if...

Rejection, unreturned phone calls, oh no one of "those things". It's so easy to slip back into the familiar, the comfortable. The job we don't particularly care for, the bills we can barely keep up with, the dream vacation we'll never take but hey that's life. I looked up fear in the dictionary and found a pretty long definition. However "fearless" is simply defined as free from fear.

Being free from fear isn't about not having fear but rather not being held captive by it. Feel it, acknowledge it and free yourself by moving forward and do whatever it is you need to do. The funny thing about doing things you're afraid of is do them often enough and the fear diminishes until it's just a fleeting emotion. Is it easier said than done? ABSOLUTELY. Do it anyway.

Janet this is an awesome training! I think it was Winston Churchill who said it best, "The ONLY thing we have to fear is fear itself"!

When we push through our fear, as you have said, we become stronger and start invoking the Laws of Intention and Attraction!

Thanks for this important article!

You made some great points about fear and how it holds people captive. Many people not only embrace fear but let fear lead their lives. Many feel like, hey I pay my bills, pay my taxes, have a OK life, everything is good. Well with our dollar losing value every year and Uncle Sam basically bailing out every corporate buddy that needs help, we are in for a rude awakening. People need to wake up and smell the tea leafs. It will get worse before we see better. If you have an idea and believe in it, you have to run with it and make your passion a reality.

Nice post on Fear and working to overcome it. Unfortunately sometimes it is easy to let Fear over shadow the other alternative and that is success.

thanks for sharing
