What Didn't You Accomplish Today?

Ok, so you know what you need to do today. Maybe some prospects to follow up with, ads to get posted, forums to visit and networking to do and so on. If you're like me the first thing you do is check your emails. See which ones you need to take care of right away and then get on with the rest of your work. Right?

There's been times when it seems like I've lost a block of time and can't remember what happened. The email black hole. You know what I mean. You're reading an email, see an interesting link click on it, check it out, it leads to another link and all of a sudden it's an hour later. Most of us have things to do like go to work or take care of our families, or house or whatever.

Your time is valuable use it wisely. There may be a great resource, an ebook or a good tool and that's fine. Make a note to look at it later. Do the activity that's helping you build your business first. Know what your priorities are and get to them. You also don't need to check your email every 15 minutes make it once or twice a day, three if your obsessive.
