Network Marketing Secret #5 of Rich Networkers

A Rich Networkers Philosophy is "Success through Elevating Others"

An Amateurs is "Only the Fittest Survive"

Business building and relationship building are one and the same. If you're in the network marketing profession and only think about your own goals, a long term, successful business is not going to happen.

Long term, walk away, residual income is not built by yourself. You need to help the people on your team to reach their goals through training and support. If you're not supporting your team what do you think will happen when you retire? Or decide to take a long vacation? Or maybe be unable to work the business for other reasons like health or family commitments?

I realize not everyone you bring into your network marketing business is going to be a business builder. Some will be happy being product users or just doing enough to bring in a few extra hundred dollars a month. And there's absolutely nothing wrong with that. They're important too.

Pick a few people who have similar goals and help them reach those goals. Eventually they will be able to do the same within their organization and so on. Build a good foundation and the rest will take care of itself.
