Rich Networkers are Motivated by "the big picture"

Amateurs are focused on Fringe Accomplishments 

Focus on earning bigger checks. Every company has pin levels or ranks. Reaching higher pin levels is nice but not what you should be focused on. Did you join a network marketing company so you could give yourself a title or to create additional income?

As your bonus check grows and your organization grows you'll naturally progress through the ranks so don't worry about that. Keep sponsoring people and creating new customers. I've talked about setting your network marketing business goals before. If you haven't set them yet sit down right now and write them out.

How much money would you like to be making a year from now? Divide it up into monthly goals and focus on that. Success doesn't happen overnight or by magic but by doing your daily activities. So, what are you waiting for?
