MLM Network Marketing Prospects, Leaders and Timing

I saw an interesting thread in a forum about sponsoring only "serious business builders" into your network marketing company.. Granted you only want to spend time with people who are actually interested in what you have but...you can't judge a book by it's cover (sorry about the cliche). Not everyone who joins a Network Marketing company is interested in building a large organiztion or have the time to do it quickly.

Timing is everything. The person you sponsor today may not take off for weeks, months or even years. Maybe they'll end up just being consumers and retail customers should be an important part of your business depending on your compensation plan. Everyone has goals but sometimes life happens and there's things that have priority over business like our family.

There's also one other very important thing you need to remember it's not usually who You know but who you Don't know. Leaders can show up anywhere in your organiztion. That person who's working their Network Marketing business very part-time may end up sponsoring a superstar! If you make judgements about people you could be losing out on a Leader.

If you have people in your organization who don't seem to be working the timing may just not be right for them. Keep the relationship going and be there for them. Keep them plugged in and be ready once the timing is right for them. Your organiztion will consist of people who may have different goals than you but they are all important remember network marketing is a coaching and mentoring business.

I Appreciate You
