Network Marketing and Other Stuff

You hear about MLM and Network Marketing systems all the time. What are they? How do they work? Why are they so important? Let me give you the waitress explanation. The restaurant I work at uses a computer for orders. You punch in everything you need, how the customer wants it, what table it's for and it tells you who put the order in and at what time. If you've been in any chain restaurant you've seen the computer and watched someone put in an order.

The slip prints out in the kitchen behind the line for the cooks. They read the slip, make the food and put it out. Any waitress can look at the slip, tray up the food and deliver it to the table. We take our orders left to right so anyone knows who ordered what. Now of course when you first start you get training. You read the training materials, watch the video and so on. First you follow a waitress around, then a waitress follows you around while you take a couple orders and learn how to use the computer.

The last thing you do in training is run food out to the tables on your own. Of course there's always someone to help you if you have any questions or problems. If there was Not a system in place how do you think you'd do? If there was no system how would you duplicate training? If everyone did something different how would you know what to do? MLM and Network Marketing systems are no different. First there has to be a system in place. Then there needs to be training and support to help you with questions or challenges.

Once you know the system you can duplicate throughout your organization. If your team cannot duplicate, meaning use the system and teach others to use the system who then teach others to use the system you just end up with a group of confused and frustrated people wondering why they are not having success. MLM and Network Marketing are like any other professions in that you need to learn the skills, you need training. That's what systems and team support help you accomplish.
