Being a leader is always about helping others. It's not about ego. Anyone can be a leader or a leader in the making. Whenever you're feeling like you don't have what it takes to be a leader just go out there and start helping people, listen to their needs and see what you can do to help. It's that simple.

Are new to Network Marketing? That's ok, you can still be there for your team even if your team is just you. You need to lead yourself down the right road before you can lead anyone else. One step at a time is how you reach success.
