Network Marketing Moving at the Speed of...

How fast is your learning curve? Do you learn things quickly or do you go into information overload? We're all different. I love getting information, going through training, doing research, learning everything I can as fast as I can. I'm not any smarter than the next guy but I seem to catch on pretty quickly. You can throw a lot information at me and I can sort through it pretty fast.

Everyone learns at at their own pace. The biggest part of your responsibility is helping and training your new distributors. You of course shouldn't have to do it all yourself, that's what a team is there for. The training and the amount of information should suit whoever you're working with.

If you like to take your time but your distributor likes to get all the info fast have someone on your team help out. On the other hand if your distributor needs time to digest or takes longer to understand, it's your job to be patient and help them in the way that's best for them.

Training needs to be taylored to each individual person. You never know what's going to happen once someone finally figures it all out. I really get annoyed when someone refers to someone else as slow or stupid, they're probably missing out on an awesome leader in the making. Think of others first and the rest will fall into place. Think you're slow to learn? Stop thinking that right now. We all learn at our own pace.

Make This Your Best Day Ever!
